Shipping
Most items that are in stock at our physical location will be processed within 24 - 48 business hours. Items not held in stock may have a longer processing timeframe.
Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed. If your order requires expedited shipping, please reach out to us by using our live chat function on the bottom right-hand side of our website, email support@u3dps.com or please call our office at (813)280-1115.
Note that approval/billing issues, changes to your order, and address changes may delay shipping. Ultimate 3D Printing Store is not responsible for these delays.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
You will receive a shipping quote once you fill out your shipping information during the checkout process, before payment information is required. If your selected shipping method is not available in your area, you will be notified in order to resolve this before your order is shipped.
The following items do not qualify for free shipping: Snapmaker machines, 3DC Dyeformer machines, Bondtech products, Artec Scanners, Modix machines, Peel 3D scanners, i2R machines, Bambu Lab machines, Axiom machines and Push Plastic products.
If you are making a payment by credit card and shipping to an address that is different from the billing address, we kindly request you call the customer service number on the back of the card to authorize the shipping address. This helps protect against fraudulent credit card use. Failure to take this step will lead to processing delays.

Please note that Ultimate 3D Printing Store will act as USPPI / exporter on international shipments only. Customers requesting delivery to US-based freight forwarders, brokers, etc. will need to make their own arrangements for export and customs paperwork.
For international orders, Ultimate 3D Printing Store is not responsible for paying any duty or import taxes.
All applicable customs fees, tariffs, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of you.
You are responsible for being aware of and paying any customs fees, tariffs, taxes, and duties charged by your country.
You are obliged to confirm whether the purchased products are permitted to be imported to your country under the relevant import laws and regulations.
Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

Any failure of completing the customs clearance or collecting your products resulting in products returned or destroyed by the customs office shall not be deemed as your express or implied request for product return or refund under any agreement or applicable law.
No refund shall be granted in the aforementioned scenario.
International orders are not covered under our refund and/or return policy.
If the shipping courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) has marked an order as delivered in their system, however, the item was not received, it is the liability of the customer to report the discrepancy within 5 days. Please be mindful of your tracking number and report any issue(s) in a timely fashion for the utmost convenience of all parties involved. If the issue goes unreported after the provided 5 day window, Ultimate 3D Printing Store will be unable to claim responsibility for the missing product.

Cancellations & Returns
You can return most* merchandise for credit or refund within thirty (30) days of item delivery. Items may not be returned after thirty (30) days past their delivery date.
*3D Printers, 3D Scanners, Curing Stations, Multi Material Filament Systems, Filament Dryers, Fume Extractors, Vacuum Formers, CNC Machines, unopened resin or filament, and Laser Cutters and Engravers may be returned up to ten (10) days from the date the customer receives it from the shipping company; subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. These items may not be returned after ten (10) days past their delivery date.
Any parts or accessories which qualify for return must be returned in the same physical condition as they were purchased, with all parts and accessories intact and unused.
All returns require a return authorization (“RMA”) issued in advance by Ultimate 3D Printing Store. Photos or videos demonstrating the condition of the machine, the original packaging, and any other items deemed necessary by U3DPS support team are required in order to authorize an RMA. Any shipment received without an RMA could be shipped back at the sender’s expense. The RMA number should be added to the outside of the return package, and a copy of the Support Ticket should be included inside of the package. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any and all shipping costs relating to a return.
Returns must include all original equipment, accessories, manuals, cables, and documents; any missing accessory will be replaced at a fee. 3D printers, Laser Cutters, 3D Scanners, and CNC Machines that have been modified, damaged due to misuse or neglect, or have otherwise been subject to actions or conditions which would void the manufacturer’s warranty are not eligible for return.
U3DPS & most manufacturers require that a returned item must be shipped in its original packaging for any warranty service; this is especially true for 3D printers, which have packaging designed specifically for safe shipping. We strongly advise customers to retain original packaging for the duration of their printer’s warranty period. U3DPS reserves the right to refuse RMA authorization if the original packaging has been lost or discarded.
All non-defective items returned for refund including canceled orders are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, 3% processing fee, and all shipping fees associated with the return of a non-defective item are the responsibility of the customer.
Items demonstrating a defect within thirty (30) days of delivery can be returned for full credit or refund of the purchase price, without any restocking fee. In those cases, Ultimate 3D Printing Store will issue a prepaid return shipping label (continental US returns only). Please note that items can be deemed defective only by the Ultimate 3D Printing Store technical support team, or by the original manufacturer of the product.
Items returned as “defective”, which are found to be not defective, will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a return shipping label is provided, the address included will be the original location the item was shipped to.
Shipping fees associated with the return of a non-defective item are the responsibility of the customer.

- Extended warranties cannot be returned.
- Software cannot be returned, even if unopened.
- Opened 3D printer filament and resin cannot be returned.
- Opened fire suppression systems cannot be returned.
- Wazer products cannot be returned. Please refer to manufacturer site for latest shipping, warranty, and return information for Wazer products.
- Phrozen LCD Screens, LCD driver boards, upgrade kits, FEP sheets, nFEP sheets, and vats cannot be returned except when deemed defective by U3DPS Technical Support Team. These items are also not covered under warranty or eligible for return/replacement except for DOA cases. A return or replacement for the above listed items can only be authorized by U3DPS Technical Support Team.

All products purchased through a preorder are subject to a 15% cancellation fee if cancelled prior to shipping.
Once tracking information is sent, preorder products are subject to the regular return policy.
Any preorder product that is refused by the customer will be considered fulfilled, and a 20% restocking fee will be applicable.
Returns of close-out and demo items are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returns must be completed within five (5) days of the delivery date.
