jetted dentures

3D Systems NextDent Jetted Dentures Solution offers the industry’s first multi-material dental prosthetic printing together in a single print, with a simple, efficient workflow requiring less skill and time for dental laboratories.

Why Multi-Material?

- Different physical properties are required for the denture teeth and denture base

- By using the two different materials, both with optimized properties for their individual functions, labs are enabled to create long-lasting, durable dentures for their patients.

key dental indications

Delivering Key Dental Indications

- High accuracy

- Digital mixing of two teeth material shades to obtain enabling 100% coverage of most popular VITA® shades

- Wax support for clean post processing with no support scarring, layer delamination, or deformations

- Easy, hands-free support removal, no IPA or solvents required

The Process Overview

design
Design

Patient, or conventional impression, is scanned, and the dental team uses specialized CAD software (Exocad, 3shape, etc.) to define the prosthesis and fit patient’s needs.

Prepare

The final CAD is saved, then imported into 3D Sprint, where build orientation and supports are automatically generated and optimized for printing. Batches of parts can have marking embedded for patient-matching.

Build
build

NextDent 300 builds a tray of parts using blended plastics jetted over wax. This enables incredibly smooth and high-resolution surfaces with no support scars.

Supports are then dissolved or melted away, after which a team member will buff a final polish onto the finished parts.
