MakerBot 3D Printers
Powered by World Leader Stratasys, MakerBot 3D Printers are a Next-Generation desktop 3D printing platform that delivers manufacturing-grade parts with advanced engineering materials. Makerbot is a leader in Global printing, they were the first company to present a 3D Printer at the CES show in 2010. Currently at Ultimate 3D Printing Store we offer two different Makerbot 3D Printer models. The Method and Method X. The difference is the materials the machines print and the chamber temperature. The Method 3D Printer can use PLA, PETG, TOUGH, and Nylon materials and has a chamber temperature of 60 degrees Celsius. This printer is good for making quick prototypes. The Method X 3D Printer can print using ABS, ABA, NYLON, PLA, PETG, and TOUGH materials. The Method X has a chamber temperature of 100 degrees Celsius and can be used for manufacturing tools. The goal of the printer is to reduce to cost per part you currently have with the same amount of time and effort.
Heated Chamber Delivers Stronger Manufacturing Grade Parts
- A Heated Chamber produces stronger parts than a heated build plate - Achieve consistent strength in three axis with recirculating heat on every layer - Print real ABS, ASA, and PC-ABS with superior mechanical and thermal properties than modified desktop 3D printer formulations.
Learn MoreMakerBot Method Carbon Fiber Edition
PRINT STRONG, HEAT-RESISTANT METAL REPLACEMENT PARTS
Carbon fiber reinforced nylon optimized for high strength to weight ratio, stiffness, and heat resistance making it ideal for structural applications and metal replacements.
From Classrooms to Aerospace Manufacturing Precision is KEY
Developed from the ground up leveraging industry-leading Stratasys® technology, METHOD X features high quality components like a circulating heated build chamber, precision dissolvable supports, and dry-sealed material bays. Perfect for quick prototypes, fit tests and concept iterations, METHOD X’s unique industrial feature set produces carbon fiber parts with superior three-dimensional strength and accuracy.
