The xTool SafetyPro AP2 / AP2 Max Air Purifier with SuperCyclone provides advanced smoke, dust, odor, and fume filtration for laser cutting and engraving environments. Designed to work with compatible xTool laser machines, the SafetyPro system uses a multi-stage filtration system and SuperCyclone technology to separate larger particles before they reach the filters, helping extend filter life while maintaining effective air purification.

The xTool SafetyPro AP2 uses 36 cyclones and a five-stage filtration system consisting of a pre-filter, medium-efficiency filter, activated carbon filter, ultra-dense carbon mesh filter, and high-efficiency filter. It provides airflow of up to 150 m³/h with four adjustable airflow levels and operates at approximately 55 dB. The AP2 is compatible with a wide range of xTool laser machines, including the P3, P2S, P2, S1, M1 Ultra, F1, F1 Ultra, F2 and F2 Ultra series, as well as other compatible xTool machines.

The SafetyPro AP2 Max takes filtration performance further with 72 SuperCyclone units, 700 m³/h airflow, and a seven-stage filtration system that adds a dedicated formaldehyde-removal filter. xTool states that the AP2 Max provides more than four times the service life and 4.67 times the airflow of the AP2 under the same working conditions. Its filtration system is designed for applications ranging from desktop laser machines to larger industrial equipment such as the xTool P3 and MetalFab.

Both models can be connected to compatible xTool machines and managed through xTool software. When connected to supported machines, automatic airflow control can adjust purification performance based on the material being processed. The AP2 and AP2 Max can also continue operating for a set period after a laser job finishes, helping remove remaining smoke and fumes from the processing environment. The xTool P3 can connect to either purifier without requiring a separate Bluetooth dongle.
