UltiMaker PPS CF (500g)
UltiMaker PPS-CF is a high-performance composite material designed for use with the Factor 4 3D printer. It offers exceptional heat resistance, with a heat deflection temperature exceeding 230°C. PPS-CF is chemically resistant, flame-retardant (UL94 V0 rated), and engineered for demanding industrial applications, including the replacement of complex steel components.
Please note: Printing with PPS-CF requires extrusion at 340°C. At this time, the UltiMaker Factor 4 is the only supported printer for this material. A 0.6mm HT Print Core is also necessary to successfully print PPS-CF.
