UltiMaker Axial Fan for Inductive Printhead

Axial (front) fan of the UltiMaker S6, S7, and S8 print heads.

This fan cools the print cores during printing, ensuring that the heat stays contained in the hot end and does not travel too far upward. The fan takes in air from inside the print head, cooling the print cores as the air passes by, and blows it out through the front fan cover.

The fan has a small connector that connects to the inductive sensor board. This fan is not compatible with S series printers with a capacitive sensor (S3 and S5).
