PEI 1010:

-Excellent thermal properties with a Tg (glass transition) ~215°C

-Exceptional strength, dimensional stability, and inherent flame retardant

-Good chemical resistance to wide range of chemicals

-Ideal for demanding Electrical/Automotive/Aerospace applications

Recommended Print Settings for PEI 1010:

Extruder: 375°C

Bed: 160°C + (the hotter the better)

Bed Prep: PC or PEI sheet

Print speed 30mm/s

PEI 9085:

- Similar to PEI 1010 with slightly lower melt temperature making printing easier

- Great thermal properties with a Tg (glass transition) ~185°C

- Great chemical resistance, strength, dimensional stability, and flame retardant

- Ideal for Electrical/Automotive/Aerospace applications

Recommended Print Settings for PEI 9085:

Extruder: 350°C

Bed: 150°C + (the hotter the better)

Bed Prep: PC or PEI sheet

Print speed 30mm/s
