It can detect when the filament ceases to pass through, halting the printing process. This capability is particularly beneficial for prints that are feature expensive materials or filaments that are especially brittle. With the TAZ Pro Jetpack: Jam & Runout Sensor, you can start every print job confidently, knowing that it will safeguard your project from unexpected interruptions, save precious time, and allow you to address any issues promptly to meet your deadlines. Additionally, its intuitive green and black color scheme provides an easy visual guide to differentiate between extruder 1 and extruder 2, enhancing user convenience.

This sensor is compatible with both 1.75 mm 2.85 mm filament.
