The xTool M2 3W 1064nm Infrared Laser Module expands the capabilities of the xTool M2 by adding precision infrared laser engraving for metals and certain plastics. Operating at a 1064 ± 10nm wavelength with a maximum output of 3.3W, the infrared module is designed for detailed surface marking and engraving on materials including stainless steel, copper, aluminum, precious metals, anodized aluminum, and compatible plastics. It provides a 412.5 × 310 mm processing area, making it well suited for personalized products, metal identification, jewelry, tools, promotional items, and other detailed engraving applications.
Designed exclusively for the xTool M2, the 3W infrared module installs through the M2's multifunction module holder and works with xTool's software for positioning and processing. The infrared laser provides an alternative to the M2's 10W and 20W blue diode modules when working with materials better suited to 1064nm laser engraving. The xTool M2's camera system also supports positioning and calibration when using the infrared module, helping users accurately place designs on their workpieces.
