Laser Cutting and Engraving

ZMorph can cut and engrave on leather, felt, laser foil, cardboard, and foamiran. All Zmorph tool heads are supported natively in the software. Changing your workflow is simple and fast with the automatic toolhead detection.

All In One Software – ‘Voxelizer’ Dedicated Slicing

One software for 3d printing, laser cutting, laser engraving and CNC machining. Pretty nice, Right?. Switching tools only takes a few steps and no longer than a minute. This allows you to focus on your work, without extra tinkering. Try using the built in materials presets or you can create your own custom presets.  The software also features CAM workflow for CNC milling and STEP operations, with the option to change tools within a single G-code, and path visualization.

Materials

The Zmorph works with almost every plastic filament currently available online like Nylon, ABS, PLA, PET-G, HIPS, PMMA, ASA, TPE, PC, PVA, PP, and also 3d prints with multi materials.

Now you can expand your manufacturing capabilities to over 50 professional materials for both subtractive manufacturing and additive manufacturing. You can get Plastic filament for 3d printing, or soft metals and hard plastics for CNC milling.

Filtration

With the combination of HEPA and carbon filters you can be sure your work area will be clean of particles and fumes from 3d printing, laser cutting or engraving. The Zmorph will also notify you when to replace the dirty air filter. This all in one 3d printers is very quiet, and you can comfortably work next to the machine.
