A compact and competitively priced fume extraction system for light-duty laser marking, coding and engraving applications.

The introduction of low-cost laser systems has led to the development of an entry-level fume extraction solution to maintain safe operator working conditions and product quality.

The AD Access combines economic ownership with performance to match the small laser user. A three-stage filter condition indicator is included as a standard feature, together with three-stage filtration; DeepPleat pre-filter, HEPA and chemical section.

The DeepPleat pre-filter incorporates a sealed pleated layer of F8 media of at least 100mm in height, giving an impressive surface area for its size.

HEPA Filter

BOFA uses mini pleat design HEPA (high efficiency particulate air) filters which are tested and certified to a minimum efficiency of 99.997% down to 0.3 microns and 95% as small as 0.1 micron. They incorporate a series of webbing between the pleated media. This feature not only guarantees even spacing for full filter coverage between each pleat, but also alleviates the possibility of airflow vibration or collapse.

Advanced Carbon Filter (ACF) Technology

ACF assures safe capture and removal of hazardous fumes. Contaminated air must remain in contact with the carbon bed for a period of time sufficient to ensure that no contaminants or odors are emitted (‘dwell time’). BOFA filters have been developed to capture all contaminants and odors, eliminating the risk of bypass and/or tunneling.

BOFA's ProTECT LEV service plan and compliance certification has been designed to give you the peace of mind that your LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) systems are being expertly maintained throughout their working life and you are kept within government guidelines and regulations established in the UK.
