Hardened-steel tool head components and E3D hot end with 360 degree cooling enable reliable printing of high-strength and high-heat composites that can be too abrasive for other machines to use.

Combined with lightweight tool head design, a strengthened frame, and reinforced extruder electrical connectors and cable chains for improved rigidity, the TAZ Workhorse provides precise prints every time with a longer overall product life.

 

3D printed part

X/Y/Z backlash compensation increases 3D printed part accuracy, while belt driven Z-axis reduces cycle times and eliminates Z wobble. Design based on experience from LulzBot additive manufacturing cluster which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and has produced over 4 million parts.
