The Vaquform Digital Desktop Vacuum Former is a manually operated vacuum forming machine designed for use in low to mid-level industrial production. Utilizing a specially designed hybrid vacuum unit, the Vaquform combines high airflow and high vacuum to produce results normally only seen in devices that cost thousands of dollars. This machine can form 0.30mm plastic sheets (330mm x 250mm) with a maximum draw height of 200mm.

BUILT-IN HYBRID VACUUM SYSTEM:

Utilizing a patent-pending system, the Vaquform combines high-airflow and high vacuum to produce results normally only seen in much more expensive Thermoformers. The high level of accuracy and detail of molds afforded by this built-in vacuum system results in high quality industrial-grade plastic moldings time-after-time.

EASY TO USE INTERFACE:

Featuring a user-interface that is similar to what you might encounter in your typical smart appliances, the Vaquform comes pre-programmed with process controls, user sensors, and other functions that are simple to use and that make forming effortless.

AUTOMATIC HEATING:

Utilizing powerful industrial grade ceramic heaters, users are able to prepare and mold the vacuum forming sheets within a few minutes. The built-in sensors ensure that every mold is consistent and that the plastic sheets are safely heated.

The Vaquform is capable of forming plastic sheets from 0.30mm to 3.00mm in thickness and has a maximum draw height of 200mm.
