Z Motor with Bracket for Ultimaker F Series
Z motor with trapezoidal lead screw (380 mm).
The Z motor controls the vertical movements of the build plate during printing as well as certain maintenance and calibration processes.
The Factor 4 Z motor is mounted on a metal bracket assembly (included). The motor assembly also includes a lead nut. Remove this from the lead screw before installing the motor. When replacing the motor, you can also replace this lead nut if necessary, or leave the current lead nut installed on the base plate.
Note: Each Z motor contains a calibration number. After installing the new motor, enter this value in the menu for the Z spindle calibration scale.
