This TOOCAA Air Assist Kit is designed for laser engraving machines to blow away the debris and smoke that may be generated during the laser cutting process, protecting the laser module's lens from contamination and thus prolonging the service life of the laser module. The air is used to quickly reduce the temperature of the surface of the cut material, preventing deformation and discolouration of the material due to high temperature, ensuring smooth lines, intact patterns and clean surfaces.

Protecting Laser Lens

The TOOCAA Air Assist For L2 blows away acceptable debris and smoke generated by the laser head operation, protecting the laser module lens from contamination and extending the life of the laser module.

Clean Workspace

It uses air to rapidly lower the temperature of the surface of the material being cut, preventing deformation and discoloration caused by high temperatures, ensuring smooth lines, perfect patterns, and clean material surfaces.

Maximum Output Power: 28L/min

The air volume is large and stable, and the output power can be adjusted from 0-28L/min, effectively removing smoke and ensuring the laser is stable and the surface is clean.

Ultra-low Working Noise

The operating noise of the TOOCAA Air Assist For L2 is 40 db, which is lower than the operating noise of a fan. TOOCAA Air Assist For L2 provides a quiet laser engraving environment.

Installation Steps:

Step 1:

Connect the power cord to the regulator cord on the air assist.

Step 2:

Connect the 6mm air pipe to its adapter.

Step 3:

Pass the 6mm air pipe through the pass-through hole above the exhaust fan.

Step 4:

Pass the 6mm air pipe through the fixing hole in the laser module.

Step 5:

Plug the 6mm air tubing into the connector on the laser module and you are ready to start your projects.
