Automatic Conveyor Feeder for xTool P3
The xTool P3 Intelligent Automatic Conveyor Feeder expands the capabilities of the P3 80W CO₂ laser cutter and engraver by automating material feeding for large-format projects and batch production. Designed specifically for the xTool P3, the conveyor feeder supports materials up to 24.01 inches wide and 26 mm thick, with a standard configuration capable of handling material up to 59 inches long. Additional conveyor rail sets can be added to process even longer materials, making it well suited for large signage, furniture components, panels, and repeated production runs.
The Intelligent Conveyor Feeder uses the P3's high-resolution cameras and AI-powered seamless tiling preview to create a complete preview of the material, helping simplify alignment across larger workpieces. Automatic material clamping adjusts roller pressure according to material thickness, while automatic homing and feeding move the material into the correct starting position before processing. The full-roller conveyor design provides smooth, stable material feeding while helping reduce shifting during production.
With 3-axis X+Y+U motion control, the feeder supports processing speeds up to 200 mm/s, or up to 160 mm/s under heavy loads. It can accommodate wood up to 26 mm thick and acrylic up to 20 mm thick, along with fiberboard, felt, EVA, corkwood, and leather. The suspended rail design allows standard-length materials to be processed without requiring an additional support table, while the integrated installation remains attached to the rear of the P3 without obstructing its original work area.
The xTool P3 Intelligent Automatic Conveyor Feeder is designed for businesses, makers, sign shops, and production environments that need to move beyond individual projects and into larger-scale or repeatable production.
